the little girl is 1! shocking! the party was a big success (40+ people) but unfortunately we had to have it inside our apartment (there was a hurricane or something just as stormy.) ginny LOVED the balloons and hated the korean outfit.

the last photo is the "cornell grads" group. lots and lots of beautiful IVF babies and very special moms.

maybe one day we can capture ginny smiling. our new camera is ridiculous and needs to be replaced.

long time no post

This is kind of a test - my first entry. Also, the first time I have ever accessed a blog in any way. How antiquated is that?!

We have recently returned from a "sailing" vacation. We sailed 3 out of 10 days, thanks to rain and fog. Regardless we had a good time and it was great to be on the boat and away.

I am looking forward to the next time we can all be together. Thanks, P for setting this up so we can all stay in touch.

We have been approved as a home for Lucy. Some new pictures.

Meet Lucy!

Working through the Maine Coon Cat Rescue Organization, we have identified Lucy. They are checking our references after Jean spoke with our case worker yesterday.

Lucy is now in a Charlotte, NC foster home after having been rescued from a kill shelter in Georgia. She is about nine months old and has a extra toe on each front paw just like Maddie.

Hopefully she will be home in Cary sometime next week.
